It is necessary that you examine these General Conditions of Sale before confirming your purchase.
By sending online confirmation of your purchase order, you fully accept these Conditions and undertake to comply them in your relations with Csit.
CSIT cannot be held bound by any conditions other than those present, unless they’re previously agreed in writing with you.
We reserve the right to modify the sales conditions at any time by publishing a new version of these on this website.
The General Conditions of Sale shall be those in force during the purchase.
Any changes will be effective from the time of their publication on this site. Therefore, we invite you to particulate any change and/or updates to the General Sales Conditions whenever you intend to carry out a purchase and before proceeding to it.
- PURCHASE ARRANGEMENTS
All products on sale are described and shown on this site in the dedicated area.
In the above-mentioned area (Buy) there are photographs of products (in their different colours), the related unit price and the related available sizes among to select from by the appropriate drop-down menu.
This website uses technical specifications to ensure that the photographs, published together with the product data sheet, are faithful reproductions of the products on sale.
However, some variations are always possible because of the technical or colour resolution characteristics of the computers used by users for their visualization.
Therefore, for the purchase contract, you must only rely on the product description and its characteristics reported on the site.
The price displayed at the time of purchase is already inclusive of VAT and is expressed in € (Euro).
We reserve the right to change the price of the products at any time, provided that the price that will be charged will be the one indicated on the site at the time of placing your order.
At the end of the purchase procedure, we advise you to download, save or print the General Conditions in force at the date of conclusion of the same.
To buy our products online, you need to click on “Buy” in the Home Page.
To place an order concerning the product(s) you want to buy, you must carefully follow the instructions and procedures which are made available on this site at the time of purchase.
Before confirming your order, please verify the accuracy of the content of the same.
Before you confirm the order, the order may always be amended or corrected.
The confirmed order will not be further editable.
Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing a purchase information overview.
The goods purchased on this site are issued with a regular tax receipt or with an invoice in the event that you are a VAT owner.
To request an invoice, the necessary tax data should be included in the dedicated area at the time of purchase.
The tax receipts or invoices will be sent by e-mail following confirmation product(s) purchased payment.
The contracts concluded with the buyers will be archived by CSIT within the deadlines specified by current legislation.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT
To buy on this site, you have three different payment methods:
- PayPal payment;
- credit card payment through Paypal circuit. The following credit and/or debit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover;
- bank transfer payment.
- PayPal payment
If you are a PayPal account holder, you can make online payment following the procedure set out on the website at the time of purchase and can do it safely because PayPal, in order to protect your privacy, does not transfer financial information.
If the payment concerning the completed purchase goes through, PayPal will immediately charge the amount to your account and will simultaneously send us the confirmation of your order.
Whenever CSIT will be forced to terminate the contract and, consequently, to cancel the order, the amount related to the purchase will be reversed to your PayPal account.
The arrangements for re-crediting on the payment instrument connected to the PayPal account depend exclusively on PayPal.
- Credit card payment
The credit cards or prepaid cards accepted are those recognized by the Paypal circuit to which the site alessandropassaro.it relies on the security of transactions (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover).
The order amount is charged immediately, once the online purchasing procedure is concluded.
If CSIT will be forced to cancel your order for any reason, it will simultaneously reimburse the amount to the account associated with your online credit card.
The refund crediting times depends exclusively on the issuer of your credit card.
For orders placed via PayPal and credit card, CSIT undertakes to process every confirmed order within 28 working days starting from the working day in which you transmitted the order.
Once the purchase process is concluded, you will receive an e-mail containing all the shipment information.
We ship to all Italian territory (peninsula and islands) using the best delivery carriers.
- Shipping costs
For all products regularly purchased on this site, the cost of shipping varies depending on the region and it will be visible before completing the purchase.
- Delivery methods
The purchased products are delivered to the address you specified in the order form.
Please indicate a shipping address where someone is always there for the acceptance of the purchased product/s.
We also ask you to provide us with a telephone number (preferably the mobile number) to be trasmitted to the delivery carrier.
Any number you provide to us will not be recorded in our files in any way.
Your telephone number will only be used to contact you in order to set out any details concerning that particular delivery.
The delivery is considered completed when the product reaches the address specified in the order form and it’s made available to you.
- RETURNS DUE TO ANOMALIES
At the time of product delivery by the courier in charge, you are required to scrupulously check the package received in order to verify compliance with the order and/or report any evident faults of the product.
Therefore, when the package will be delivered to you, we advise you to check carefully:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on your order;
– that the labels on the packages show your name and address;
– that the packaging is intact: it must not be damaged or wet and must not show any alterations or signs of tampering.
Whenever any anomalies are identified, and therefore any damage to packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages, please accept the package under Reserve.
To accept a package under Reserve you must fill out the specific fields of the document ( the delivery note) that the courier will ask you to sign at the time of delivery.
If you accept the package under Reserve, because of visible damages, it is necessary that you write clearly in the delivery note the reason (eg spoiled packaging, missing packages, etc.).
Once you accept the package with Reserve, please contact our Customer Service, specifying the anomalies detected and the order for which they occurred.
Customer Service will assess the specific situation and it will agree with you the optimal solution.
In general, if you receive product/s not complying with what was indicated on the order, you’ll have to hand back the goods to Csit, who will arrange the withdrawal at the address to which it was delivered and replace it as soon as possible.
The non-compliant product/s must be returned in the days immediately following the delivery (and no later than 3 working days from the day it was received) and only after contacting the Customer Service and after waiting confirmation from the latter.
Once the product has arrived at our office, we will send it back to you the product compliant with your order within 28 days.
In the event that you accept the package without Reserve, you’ll never be able to make any further claims, except for the case provided for in the Point 8 of these Conditions of Sale.
- GOODS EXCHANGE
The only permitted goods exchanges are those relating to the size of the shoe model purchased.
The replacement must be requested by you and exercised within 14 days of the date on which you received the product.
The shipment to our site of the product to be replaced is charged to the purchaser. The buyer will receive a 5% discount on the subsequent purchase; the shipment (from us to the buyer) of the replaced product is charged to Csit.
What can you do to request and make the replacement?
First of all you will have to:
– contact Customer Service through dedicated e-mail address and communicate which size you wish to receive to replace the one purchased;
– complete the exchange form (downloadable at this link);
– insert the product to be replaced and the duly completed exchange form, in the same box with which the purchased product was sent.
From the moment of communication, the Customer Service will wait to receive the product to be replaced, together with the completed exchange form.
In order to make the replacement valid, the indicated procedure must be followed scrupulously, within 14 days of the date on which the product to be replaced was received.
We remind you that the exchange procedure can only be carried out if the product will be returned intact and complete with any fitting, labels and package leaflets.
Furthermore, it must be included in its original packaging, together with a copy of tax receipt or purchase invoice and with the fully completed exchange form.
We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests notified beyond the deadline above (14 days) or related to products that are not in the same condition in which they were received; in this case, any replacement of the product will be made.
If all the conditions and assumptions above will be respected, once the package containing the product to be replaced has been received, we will send the replaced product within 28 days.
All delivery times and methods information will be promptly communicated to you by e-mail at the time of dispatch.
The delivery times start from the moment the package containing the product to be replaced is shipped.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Csit constantly pays close attention to your needs and your consumer expectations. Therefore we hope you’re always satisfied with the purchases made on this site, but if you change your mind about a product purchased and received, you may proceed to its return.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal, namely the right to return the purchased item, without having to justify it, within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.
Upon expiry of this period, you will no longer be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to return the product together with the duly completed return form (downloadable here), within the deadline above.
The return shipping costs are charged to you.
The product must be returned in its original state and packaging.
Otherwise the withdrawal shall be deemed to be incorrectly exercised.
If, however, the above conditions are respected, Csit will reimburse the cost of the returned product, net of shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
Refund will be made only after receiving the returned products in our office.
The legal guarantees laid down by the Italian legislation in this area, particularly in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code, shall apply to the sold products.
The purchaser has the right to the restoration, free of charge, of the compliance of the products through repair or replacement.
If it isn’t possible, the buyer has the right to terminate the order.
The rights of the buyer shall be declared to be revoked if he doesn’t report the defect of the product to Csit within two months from the date on which he found out.
The costs related to the return of defective goods will be charged to Csit.
For the purposes of the defective product return, you must inform our Customer Service which will arrange the withdrawal at the address to which it was delivered and will replace it as soon as possible.
Products shall be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The return of defective products must take place in accordance with the procedures and terms above.
- COMPETENT COURT IN CASE OF DISPUTES
These General Conditions and, consequently, the contracts concluded with the customers, are regulated by Italian law and they must be interpreted on the basis of it (including the Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, “Consumer Code”, as well as Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003, “E-commerce Act”).
Any dispute resulting from interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Sales Conditions will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the buyer, if belonging to Italian State territory.
